1、两脚前后开立与肩同宽,前脚尖45度斜向右前方,两脚水平距离半肩宽;

2、后脚跟抬起轻轻接触地面,不能离地。两脚掌承重。膝关节微弯屈,重心在两脚之间;腰部控制重心;

3、上身自然直立,身体45度斜向前方,让开要害部位;

4、双手握拳,前拳放在身前,与肩同高,后拳放于侧下颚,保护下颚。两臂弯曲置于胸前;保护两肋;

5、头部直立向前,目视正前方对手眼睛。动作要领:身体自然,肩部、肘部、膝盖等部位的肌肉要放松;膝、肘关节松而不懈,富有弹性。
