1、使肩膀与地板平行,挺胸收腹,注意不要驼背弯腰的,要使身体重心尽量上移。

2、向前踏步时,脚尖和膝盖都要朝着前方,不要出现八字脚的情形。

3、直视前方,有意识地收紧大腿内侧肌肉,同时也要注意收紧肩胛肌脚掌落地时,重心应在后脚跟,所以应该是后跟脚先落地,再到前脚跟。

4、要注意收腹,上半身不要摆动,步伐也不要过大,在走路跨步时要注意利用后脚跟的力量,后脚跟落地时,感受到腿部的拉伸,并且下意识地提肛缩臀,这样可以轻松提臀。
