1、俯卧法: 俯卧地板,双手放两侧,慢慢向上撑起保持一定时间,反复几次后,双腿曲起,脚心找额头。

2、跪下腰: 跪立,小腿与身体成九十度,双手自然垂放,慢慢向后下腰,下腰时双手抓脚踝,保持一定时间。跪下腰注意膝盖到骨盆始终保持直立。

3、涮腰:用腰划圆,三位手,顺序为前、旁、后,可先从左到右,也可先从右到左。
