面包的香味是酵母发酵后被烤熟而形成的,酵母使面包蓬松,酵母发酵后会在面包内部形成细密的气泡。

材料:

鸡蛋,牛奶,酵母,盐,面粉,糖。

做法

1、用面粉、鸡蛋、糖、盐、酵母、牛奶加适量水揉成软面团,揉3分钟,醒20分钟,反复三次即可,把面揉出薄膜。

2、发面,面发好后做面包胚,醒发15到20分钟。

3、烤箱200度预热,上下火烤20分钟,倒换上下托盘烤10分钟即可。
