蜀王砂锅香辣酱料的制作方法:

1、准备已切粒的葱、姜、蒜各3两,打碎的天椒半斤、灯笼椒1斤半、麻椒3两、八角1两、陈皮半两、香叶半两、白蔻1两、丁香半两、草果2个,醪糟1瓶,冰糖1两半,盐2两,味精3两,五香油15滴;

2、用纯豆油炒制香料,并加入牛油鸡油,小火熬煮约4个小时;

3、熬制时要不断搅动,以免糊锅;

4、在起锅前加入醪糟、冰糖、盐、味精、五香油、葱姜蒜,搅拌均匀即可出锅,酱料即制作完成。
