1、把所有准备好的材料(白米,大麦,小麦,薏仁,麦片)用清水冲洗干净,再放在水中浸泡3小时以上。

2、材料混合后一同倒入锅中,加入15杯水同煮。先用大火煮开,再改用小火煮40分钟,直到粥烂熟透时熄火。放入盐调味,再焖5分钟就可以了。
