栗杏炖鸡 。

材料:

栗子200克、红枣25克、甜杏仁12克、胡桃仁10克、公鸡1500克、葱段15克、姜丝15克。

调料:料酒15克、精盐5克、酱油20克、味精3克、白糖10克、猪油25克。

做法 :

1、甜杏仁和胡桃仁用沸水浸泡后去皮,捞出沥干水,放入温油锅内炸至金黄色捞出,待冷后将甜杏仁碾成末。栗子切两瓣,放入沸水中,煮至壳与衣可剥时捞出剥壳。;

2、鸡去杂洗净,斩成3厘米见方的块。猪油入锅烧至六成
