经验步骤:1调暗房间光度,暗色灯光为主,利于闭目养神

2睡前喝一杯牛奶,纯奶或酸奶都行,我试过,挺有效,不过因人而异

4听舒缓的轻音乐,最好是钢琴曲之类的没有歌词的纯音乐

5睡前一小勺醋,我妈妈就每天都喝一勺醋再睡,看样子效果不错

6最后提醒很重要的一点,晚饭要少吃!一定要少吃!五分饱或七分饱就行了!
