1、后踢腿运动,用双掌和膝盖支撑身体。然后大腿向后踢。每条腿两组,每组20次。不仅可以锻炼腿部线条,同时可以拉伸臀部线条。美腿翘臀同时锻炼。

2、仰卧开合腿。仰躺在床上,两腿伸起,与身体垂直。坚持两组,每组20次。

4、侧卧前踢腿。呼气踢腿,右腿沿水平面运动;吸气收腿腿,右腿收回石保持悬空。

5、在床上把脚搭在墙上,腿部呈倒立状。坚持一组,每组30分钟。这个时候玩玩手机时间很快就过去了。
