1、准备好大蒜。

2、剥去外皮,清洗干净,把水份晾干。

3、晾干后的蒜放入到干净的容器里。

4、倒入米醋,没过大蒜即可。

5、盖上盖子,放到阴凉的地方。

6、腌制几天后,大蒜的颜色就开始慢慢变为绿了,大约15天后就可以吃了。
