1、小馄饨12个、小青菜适量、盐适量、油适量、白胡椒粉少许、生抽少许、生姜2片。

2、做法:青菜洗净,切碎。锅内倒入油,放入姜片,青菜翻炒2,3分钟。加入开水,生抽,中火炖煮10分钟左右。关火后放盐,白胡椒粉。另起锅,烧开水煮熟小馄饨即可。
