1、俯卧撑健胸肌:做俯卧撑时,要收腹挺胸,拉伸胸部,使胸肌肉饱满有型;

2、坐姿收腹举腿:放一张独凳,坐在上面,靠腹部的力量抬起腿,并将双腿交叉向上减少腹部多。使腹部肌肉结实、完美。每次向上抬15次,做三组,中间可稍作休息,但不易太长;

3、二头肌举健手:坐在独凳上,用两个未开启的矿泉水瓶作哑铃,平行往上举。15个一组,做三组;

4、扶墙半蹲健腿:选一面墙,手扶墙的同时靠腿部的力量缓慢下蹲。15个一组,做三组;

5、俯身划船健背:选一块空地站好,手拿两瓶未开启的矿泉水,膝关节微弯,塌腰,挺胸翘臀,依靠背部力量将矿泉水用手向上提拉,同时,肩部内收。12个一组,做三组;

6、俯卧挺身健腰:俯卧,靠手抱头、再靠腰的力量上体向上,以增强腰部力量。15个一组,做三组。
