上班前:先喝杯牛奶。根据科学测定,人体皮肤的新陈代谢在夜间12点至凌晨6时之间最旺盛。临上夜班前喝一杯牛奶,有益护肤,延缓皮肤衰老。下班前:忌饮刺激兴奋之物。茶、咖啡都有兴奋作用,有些人喜欢在临下班之前喝杯茶或咖啡以除去一夜的疲劳,可下班后怎样也睡不着。这样长久下去,必然导致神经衰弱而发生早衰。临睡前:先喝一碗“安神粥”。粥内可放桂圆、莲子、百合、大枣等安神佳品;忌食肥腻食品及吃得过饱,最好进食清淡可口的饭菜,中医有“胃不和则卧不安”之说;温水泡脚10到15分钟,尤其适宜冬天。
