丹棱冻粑的制作方法配料的方案

一、材料:籼米、生产用水、酵母粉二、做法:1.浸泡:使用生产用水浸泡籼米6至12小时。2.磨浆:将一半籼米磨浆,加入酵母粉进行发酵。3.发酵:将剩余一半籼米磨浆,后与预留的已发酵好的母浆混合发酵,发酵12至36个小时。4.蒸粑:将放有发酵好的冻粑的蒸笼,放置于装有已沸腾开水的容器内,蒸制30至35分钟。5.凉粑:自然冷却至常温即可食用。
