如果两个或多个双键间只有一个单键相隔,那么一般是π-π共轭;如果双键旁边连有一个p轨道上有孤对电子、单电子或没有,则是p-π共轭。

共轭体系是能形成共轭π键的体系,最典型的共轭体系有1,3-丁二烯和苯等有机分子。共轭体系比非共轭体系更加稳定,内能更小,键长趋于平均化的效应。
