自灼虾的做法

白灼虾做法如下:

原料:基围虾;

配料:姜、葱、海鲜酱油、日本青芥末、白酒;

制作方法:

1、将基围虾洗净,去掉虾须、虾线以及虾包,沥干备用;

2、加入适量清水,放入切好的葱白和姜片,倒入少许白酒,水开后放虾灼熟,变红即可;

3、出锅后迅速放入冰水中浸泡,捞起后沥干水份即可摆盘;

4、取一小碟,于其内倒入海鲜酱油并加入日本青芥末拌匀作为蘸料即可。
