1、接触强度计算:可以计算出分度圆直径,校核疲劳强度,一般用于软齿面;

2、弯曲强度计算:可以计算出模数,校核接触强度,一般用于硬齿面。

齿轮的强度一般应从弯曲和齿面强度的两方面考虑:弯曲强度是传递动力的轮齿抵抗由于弯曲力的作用,轮齿在齿根部折断的强度;齿面强度是啮合的轮齿在反复接触中,齿面的抗摩擦强度。
