训练篮球步伐:训练篮球步伐时在快速跑动中采用急停法,先向前跨出一大步,用全脚掌抵住地面,迅速屈膝,同时身体稍向后倾,转移重心,减缓向前冲力,然后连贯地跨出第二步,脚着地时,脚尖稍向内转,用前脚掌内侧蹬地,两膝弯屈,身体侧转,微向前倾,重心落在两脚之间,两臂自然张开,协助维持身体平衡。

在第一步时用脚掌抵地屈膝,上体侧转移重心。第二步时用力抵地向内转,臀下坐降重心。跳步急停,在跑动中,用单脚或双脚起跳,上体稍向后仰,两臂自然摆动,两脚同时平行落地。落地时用全脚掌着地,两膝弯屈,两臂屈肘微张,保持身体平衡。
