1、坐式拉伸韧带,前胸向膝盖靠拢,膝盖不弯曲。感觉腿部韧带与后背有酸痛感,停止拉伸并作两次深呼吸,慢慢恢复为起始动作。重复动作12次;

2、卧式拉伸韧带,慢慢拉起绷直的左腿,膝盖不弯曲,臀部与大腿肌肉绷紧,直到大腿与身体呈直角后停止拉伸,做两次深呼吸,慢慢恢复为起始动作;

3、简单动作,站直,双脚打开与肩同宽,脚尖向腿的方向外八字打开,脚不弯曲,大身向下弯曲,用手去碰脚尖。感觉到双腿内,后侧有拉伸的感觉;

4、仆步压腿两脚左右开立,一腿屈膝全蹲,另一腿挺膝伸直,身体向直腿一侧振压。练习时,左右腿交替进行;

5、横叉,两手在体前扶地,两腿左右分开成直线,上体俯卧或侧倾。
