跑步时保持体力是一个逐渐训练,逐渐提高到过程,但是按照科学的方法坚持锻炼,会收到事半功倍的效果,以下为具体的跑步小技巧:

1、步幅保持一定,不要太小,更不要过大,但要结合自己的实际情况而定;

2、跑步时有节奏地均匀呼吸,常用的是两步吸然后两步呼气,保持这样的呼吸循环;

3、跑步前五分钟内开始热身,并用少许水润下喉咙,避免由于饥渴体力消耗的过快;

4、平时也应该多做些适应性地跑步练习和训练,增加小腿的肌肉强度,会使跑步过程更加的轻松。
