1、和面时,加入的油与水,油的量多了一些桃酥就会散。

2、做法:糖粉、鸡蛋、苏打粉放入盆拌匀;酥油放入继续拌匀;接着低筋面粉泡打粉放入盆揉团松弛10分钟,约35g面团,继续松弛20风钟;面团揉圆压扁再排入烤盘洒黑芝麻(或核桃仁)装饰,再刷鸡蛋液,放入烤箱层火170度20分钟待冷却即可食用。
