1、面粉必须用高筋面粉,高筋面粉蛋白质含量高韧性强,便于揉制面团不散架;

2、揉制面团必须加酵母让面团发酵,至少一个多小时以上,在面包内部产生空洞,烤制好的面包才会柔软蓬松;

3、可以在面团里加上面包改良剂,可以增加面包的柔软性和弹性;

4、如若还想增加面包的膨胀程度,可在面团里加双效泡打粉,双效泡打粉会在面团发酵和烘烤时在内部产生许多气泡。
