鸡肉蘸料制作方法

1、用料:大蒜2个小葱2_3根珍珠葱头1个姜一小块盐,高汤粉,香油,熟油各适量。

2、小葱,珍珠葱头,蒜头,姜。

3、小葱洗净切段,珍珠葱头去皮切块,蒜头去外衣,姜去皮切块,把所有食材用搅拌机打成末末,加入盐,高汤粉调味。

4、加入熟油和香油拌均。

5、鸡肉蘸料。

6、也可以用这蘸料蘸白灼五花肉真的好香。
