1、将做酸奶的器具消毒。

2、纯牛奶倒入锅内煮沸杀菌,同时加适量的糖。

3、等牛奶凉到三十几度时,将牛奶与酸奶按5:1的比例倒入器具内,然后在温度30度左右密封静置七八个小时。

4、等酸奶变成稠状就可放入冰箱内保存。
