短跑髋关节训练的方法是:

1、面对墙,双手扶好,两脚叉开,略宽于肩,做转髋练习;

2、仰卧做提膝搭异侧肩练习;

3、提踵绷膝走,体会髋转练习;

髋关节,由股骨头与髋臼相对构成,属于杵臼关节,髋臼内仅月状面被覆关节软骨,髋臼窝内充满脂肪,又称为Haversian腺,可随关节内压的增减而被挤出或吸入,以维持关节内压的平衡。
