广东紫苏焖鸭窍门

1、把鸭子切片,飞水后用姜、蒜、白酒腌制一下,劈掉臊味。

2、烧热油镬,爆香姜和蒜头后放入紫苏炒香。再放入鸭肉炒香。

3、调味后,加入适量水将鸭块焖熟20分钟,最后勾芡便可上桌食用。
