1、不要跳过任何一餐;

2、每天吃5至7小餐;

3、了解每日热量需求;

4、了解摄入的卡路里;

5、摆脱高热量饮品;

6、多喝水;

7、吃水果减肥要合时;

8、控制碳水化合物摄入;

9、积极运动;

10、常走楼梯;

11、睡眠要充足;

12、吃东西要慢;

13、多吃纤维素.

早上6点起床跳绳,7点左右吃早饭,11点半吃一碗水煮菜,可以用盐调味,但不能放辣。5点半可以吃晚饭了,是吃水煮菜,再慢慢减量。8点去跑步,慢跑就好,时间至少20分钟。
