如何练习压腿

练习正压腿的方法步骤如下:

1、腿放在与腰同高的物体上,髋部后坐,臀部要平,支撑腿与地面垂直,膝部挺直,被压腿脚尖向上并有意识地向回勾扣,上身用力向前移动,使被压腿成一直线;

2、被压腿及支撑腿均挺直,双手按压被压腿膝部,收髋使身体尽量向前俯压;

3、双手按被压腿膝部,髋部后坐,上身用力向前下俯压;

4、双手由下抱握被压腿小腿,上身用力向前下俯压,试着以腹部贴大腿、以胸部贴膝盖;

5、被压腿与支撑腿挺直,双手搬住脚掌,腹部贴大腿,胸部贴膝盖
