1、速度与爆发力息息相关,应该练习与短跑相关的训练,速度当然是第一的,每天练习下30米冲刺跑及50米加速跑;

2、另外腿步一定要有力,多做后蹬跑,及背杠铃深蹲;

3、其次压压腿,把步幅拉大点,幅度要快的快做高抬腿;

4、短跑是短时间的运动,所以急需爆发力,练习腿部爆发力可负重,如轮胎杠铃等;

5、熟练跑步技术、起跑技术、途中跑技术、冲刺技术;

5、最后一定要长期坚持。
