1、做扩胸、振臂、压腿、拉筋练习,筋骨、肌腱的弹性好,增加跑步的速度;

3、练习潜水或游泳,在水中手臂不停的划水,克服水的阻力呼吸,锻炼提高肺活量;

4、跳绳,锻炼腿部的肌肉和肺活量,对提高跑步能力起到促进作用。
