棒子骨怎样煮最有营养

辅料:嫩玉米2个,白萝卜1根,葱、姜适量;

调料:料酒、鸡精、盐;

做法:

1、棒骨从中砍断,焯水后洗净浮沫备用;

2、萝卜去皮切滚刀块备用,嫩玉米剥皮洗净;

3、炖锅中水开后,放入棒骨,待水再一次开时,撇尽浮沫;

4、倒入料酒,若家中有菜籽油,可滴上三至四滴,使得汤汁浓白;

5、放入拍松的姜块与葱结,改小火炖3小时以上;

6、放入萝卜、嫩玉米,再炖30分钟,加盐与鸡精调味即可。
