鲜面条的制作方法

材料:面粉150克、鸡蛋3个、酱油125克、醋、冬菜、葱花、花椒面、香油、红油辣椒100克、芝麻酱、猪油、清汤等。

做法:

将鸡蛋打入面粉内,加碱,清水和匀,为了尽可能的提高面条的筋力和韧性,和面时要反复擂面团,擀成面片,切成细面条,冬菜洗净,切末。将酱油、醋、冬菜末、花椒面、葱花、香油、芝麻酱装在碗内,加少量热汤,待面条煮熟后,捞入碗中即成。
