原料:生猪肉,料酒,盐,水。

步骤:

将肉切成5厘米乘10厘米的大小左右即可;锅内加水烧开;将猪肉放到锅中;加少许料酒和盐;7分熟出锅,也就是在肉下1厘米处看不到血色即可;将肉冷藏备用。
