6、午餐后小憩,可以保证下午精力充沛;

7、下午办公间隙,花五分钟按摩合谷穴、内关穴和足三里穴;

8、适量的步行,或其它有氧运动;

9、忌生冷,戒烟少饮酒,少吃油腻的食物;

10、保持心情愉悦,学会控制情绪。
