榴莲壳煲鸡汤的做法

主料:老母鸡。

配料:榴莲壳、榴莲核、蜜枣、盐。

步骤:

1、鸡洗净剁小块,淖水;

2、榴莲壳取白瓤和壳,壳要去外皮,露出白色部分,一同放入汤煲中;

3、大火烧开后转小火,加入枸杞、蜜枣等配料,调入食盐;

4、煲60分钟后出锅即可。
