一般的补液-输液速度判定:每小时输入量(ml)=每分钟滴数×4每分钟滴数(gtt/min)=输入液体总ml数÷[输液总时间(h)×4]输液所需时间(h)=输入液体总ml数÷(每分钟滴数×4)注:上述公式按莫菲管(滴壶)计15gtt为1ml 输液反应包括发热反应,系静脉输液时由致热源、药物、杂质、药液温度过低、药液浓度过高及输液速度过快等因素引起。发热反应的临床表现,主要为发冷、寒战、面部和四肢发绀,继而发热,体温可达41~42℃。可伴恶心、呕吐、头痛、头昏、烦躁不安、谵妄等,严重者可有昏迷、血压下降,出现休克和呼吸衰竭等症状而导致死亡。发热反应发生的早晚,视致热源进入机体内的量、致热源的性质及患者的个体耐受性而异
