菜籽油5千克,色拉油3千克,糍粑辣椒2千克,黑豆瓣1千克,大葱500克,老姜500克,麻椒300克,三奈20克,白芷10克,良姜20克,大料20克,白蔻20克,丁香10克,小茴香50克,香茅10克,香叶5克,草果5克,豆豉30克,冰糖,白酒,醪糟,老干妈香辣酱,美乐极辣酱,阿香婆牛肉香辣酱及海鲜酱各适量。

制法:

菜籽油炼熟后,放入色拉油和其他各种配料,用小火熬制,半小时出锅即可。
