床上拉伸训练方法

1、盘坐而坐,昂首挺胸缩腹,两手抱于脑后,左手把握住右手手肘,向后拉申胳膊至最大限度并坚持不懈5秒左右。上下各反复2组。

2、两腿释放压力坐着床边,膝关节弯折,紧贴路面,左手胳膊向左边挺直,右手手肘弯折夹持左手胳膊,并向左边拉申,坚持不懈5秒左右。上下各反复2组。

3、左脚往前挺直,左腿盘腿,渐渐地前伸上身使其接近脚部,觉得到大腿后侧及屁股被拉申,坚持不懈10秒钟。留意背部要伸直,腹部缩紧。上下各反复3组。

4、左脚膝关节立起,左腿盘腿,两手手肘紧贴床面,上身前伸至最大限度并坚持不懈10秒钟。上下各反复3组。
