1、在一定压力下,当液体的温度已低于该压力下液体的凝固点,而液体仍不凝固的现象,叫过冷现象,此时的液体称为过冷液体。 过冷液体产生的原因是因为液体太过纯净,没有凝固所需的“结晶核”所致。当具备凝固所需物质,例如投入少许固体,或摇晃液体,都能让液体迅速凝固;

2、非晶体内部的粒子排列无规律,或者说不具备长程有序地排列,所以非晶体又称“过冷液体”。
