永年广府酥鱼怎样做

主料:鲫鱼;

辅料:水发香菇、肥猪肉;

调料:葱段、姜片、糖、盐、料酒、醋、酱油、高汤。

制作方法:

1、将鱼洗净控干水,水发香菇去蒂,肥猪肉切成丁,葱、姜洗净切成段和片;

2、坐蒸锅点火,先放一个小盘,摆入一层葱段、姜片、香菇,放入一层鱼,再放入一层葱段、姜片、香菇,放入糖、盐、料酒、醋、酱油、高汤,待锅开,大火改为小火炖1到2个小时至鱼酥烂即可。
