粤菜猪生肠的两种处理方式:

1、猪生肠用水加入适量广东米酒浸泡15分钟,冲洗干净,下锅焯水之后过凉水,沥干水分备用。

2、生肠加盐加些酒搓洗,清洗干净的生肠斩成两寸长段,中间斩两连根刀,斩切好后再放些盐搓洗,生肠还要沥干水分备用。
