选择合适的时间,夏季6点左右,冬季7点左右。选择合适的天气,大雾天尤其是雾霾天不建议晨跑。晨跑之前不能进食,但可以饮用一杯淡盐水,调节体液平衡。选择合适的跑鞋,确保合脚并防滑。选择保暖透气好的衣物,预防运动后出汗感冒。做好准备活动,压腿、扭腰或甩胳膊,避免出现关节扭伤和肌肉抽筋。
