制作过程:

将牛肉切成小块,剁成泥状,将葱姜切碎,用手挤压成葱姜水,将葱姜水放入搅拌器中再放入十三香、料酒 、酱油、盐,将肉块搅拌成肉泥,放入淀粉搅匀,备用;将骨头汤放入锅中,放入盐、放入小丸子煮熟捞出,再放入花椒粉、胡椒粉、少许熟油,蔬菜;放入丸子,调味,将淀粉用水调开,倒入锅中,边倒边搅拌蔬菜和丸子,煮熟即可。配料比例:

肉丸:牛里脊肉100克、葱姜20克、十三香少许、料酒1小勺、酱油1大勺、盐少许、淀粉20克;汤料:胡萝卜一段、一个土豆、豆角5根、卷心菜2大片,牛骨头汤2大碗
