窦性心动过缓的锻炼方法:

1、跑步:每天坚持跑2000到5000米长跑,能让身体心肺功能耐受性提高。同时可以锻炼全身的肌肉群。

2、立定跳远:立定跳远一天分早中晚做3组。每组做25到50个。

3、俯卧撑:每天至少做1组,每组20到50个。能够锻炼手臂肌肉。

4、仰卧起坐:不占用场地,适合在家开展,一次做30个以上。

5:哑铃:通过手臂对哑铃的提拉。强化局部肌肉的锻炼,每次至少做50个。
