红薯好吃又营养的做法如下:

用料:红薯2个,鸡蛋2个,面粉适量,白糖适量。

做法:

1、将红薯洗净,对半切或是切成三大块,然后用高压锅蒸熟,一般需要10至15分钟;

2、然后将红薯皮去掉放在瓷盆里,用木铲搅烂,边搅边加入白糖,面粉,最后加入鸡蛋;

3、搅均匀后,揉成丸子,在切板轻轻压平;

4、最后油锅架上,将其放入﹐两面各煎一次即熟。
