我国成年人每天吃蔬菜300克到500克,最好深色蔬菜约占一半。

食用时要按照以下标准:

保证数量足够。一斤菜其实指的是烹调前生蔬菜的重量,烹调后只有两碗左右。保证果蔬种类丰富。蔬菜包括嫩茎、叶、花菜类、根菜类、鲜豆类、茄果类、瓜菜类、葱蒜类及菌藻类。应避免偏食单一种类的蔬菜。除了注意多吃深色蔬菜,还要增加十字花科蔬菜、菌藻类的摄入;此外,吃土豆、莲藕、芋头、山药等淀粉较多的蔬菜时,要适当减少主食的量。
