下蹲蹲不下去的练习方法是:首先将左脚放在右腿膝盖上并用双手握住左踝,然后保持姿势并用一只手按住膝盖向下压,接着将左腿放下,然后以同样的方式压右腿,要努力将腹部贴紧腿部,四个八拍后换脚即可。

下蹲是指膝盖向下弯曲,但是头部到腰部的躯干要始终保持笔直伸展的状态,同时臀部要向身后撅起的一种运动,通过下蹲运动能够充分活动期股关节周围的肌肉,既可锻炼大腿内侧的“内转肌”,又能锻炼“臀大肌”。
