练习丹田之气的姿势不受限制,只要能心平气和安静下来就行。先呼气,意念浊气从汗毛孔排出体外,吸气时,意念真气从汗毛孔进入体内,三遍。收功,吸气意念真气积聚到丹田的位置,三遍。

丹田气是先天自然之气。每人都有呼吸,在母体未出生之前,随其母亲的呼吸,十月怀胎期满降生时,助产士用剪子把脐带剪断,他就脱离了母体的呼吸,开始了自己的呼吸。
