贵州红酸汤汤料的制作方法

用料:西红柿、白酒、盐、煮好并且发酵过的米汤。

制作方法:

1、将西红柿洗净、擦干,放入白酒中洗过;

2、放入坛中,一层西红柿一层盐;

3、这样一层层叠加直到坛满,密封待西红柿发酵好后备用;

4、注意不能太满,不然西红柿发酵后会膨胀;

5、用时可将西红柿过油加入佐料即可。
