钓鱼坐姿技巧

1、要坐姿正确,不要弯腰而坐,不然时间长了会受不了,容易佝偻或腰部酸疼。我们可以在矮凳子或椅子上端正坐下,让身体前后左右处于平衡状态。

2、垂钓一段时间,要起身走动走动,伸伸腿弯弯腰,在钓位附近转悠转悠,缓解一下疲劳的症状,保持钓鱼活动的对身体健康的有益性。这样才能避免小腿麻木甚至抽筋等现象的发生。

3、还要让眼睛得到适当的解放,因为盯漂盯得紧,时间长了眼睛会很花,疲劳状态可对眼睛不好。所以盯一会漂后,也要起身走走,转移一下实现,看看田野的绿色植物或者花花草草,减轻眼部的疲劳。

4、长时间垂钓要及时补充体力,该吃吃,该喝喝,不要没有预备食物和水而导致磨空胃,久而久之引发胃病。
